Fresh Start, established in October 2016, is a ministry of St. Luke's Episcopal Church. Fresh Start's Executive Director is The Reverend Deacon Dianna LaMance Deaderick.

Our mission is simple: to provide resources and services to those of us who are living in poverty, homeless, in need of mercy and justice, while always treating clients with the highest level of dignity and respect.
